LA SKIEDA RITORNA.

La XV edizione de LA SKIEDA sara una edizione "speciale".
Sulla scia di un magico sci creeremo un sogno, un mondo incantato fatto di fiabe e di favole.

Per ben sette giorni, risuoneranno nuovamente le fantastiche emozioni della storia che insieme abbiamo vissuto: i quindici anni de LA SKIEDA.
La natura e la protagonista indiscussa del nostro lungo e bianco racconto. In questi tre lustri tante cose sono cambiate e non sempre positivamente. Non vogliamo ne possiamo dimenticare che alcune azzardate scelte o "non scelte" rischiano di provocare danni irreparabili alla nostra vallata ed al nostro pianeta.

Pertanto, in virtu del suo ecologico, inguaribile e candido spirito, la SKIEDA 2009 dara un piccolo contributo, presentando una serie di eventi ad "IMPATTO ZERO".
Cercheremo, nei limiti dell'attuabile e con il vostro aiuto, di risparmiare le risorse non rinnovabili: contenendo al massimo l' utilizzo di impianti di risalita, generatori a gasolio o benzina per luci o impianti audio, motoslitte, gatti delle neve ecc.
Sara la vostra magica energia a far scintillare le piste di Livigno!
La stessa energia con la quale, in questi quindici anni ed insieme, abbiamo scritto bellissime storie. Storie di vita che vorremo condividere con voi, amici telemarker's, che a Livigno vi siete conosciuti, innamorati, sposati e dove ora tornate, insieme ai vostri figli, in occasione de LA SKIEDA.
Apriremo anche una fatata finestra su tutte le forme dello sci, anche quelle piu strane, perchè Livigno, sin dai tempi del Freestyle ski, e culla di stravaganze e di matte novita sulla neve!
E' quindi giunto il tempo di far rivivere queste peculiarita, del resto molti di quegli innovatori sono ora tra gli organizzatori de LA SKIEDA!
Diamo anche alcune notizie "pratiche" sulla manifestazione.
Per la parte "divertimento" rimangono fissi gli inossidabili eventi clou come la Festa Trepallina (il barbecue party piu amato dagli oltre 5.000 telemarker's che sono venuti a Livigno in questi quindici anni), e la Festa del Fuoco che, in questa fiabesca edizione diverra ad "impatto zero". Non piu concerti e cucine professionali ma musica "unplugged" e piccoli fuochi sui quali ognuno, con o senza bacchetta magica,potra preparare la propria cena.
E non dimentichiamo il Telemark Festival, prodigioso concerto dal vivo suggestivamente in quota.
Per le gare ritorna la "Damiano's Classic", la gara di Telemark per antonomasia e una gara/esibizione "Epoque" di altissimo livello con squadre da tutto il mondo in abbigliamento e materiali d'epoca.
Le due novita del 2009 saranno la gara di FreeRide, una discesa fuori-pista mozzafiato con partenza in linea, e il TeleSnowSki, un evento dedicato allo sci in famiglia dai nonni ai nipoti.
Sempre in tema di nuovo,, il 2009 vedra la nascita della "Transumanza", un' escursione generale fuori pista che permetta a tutti noi, organizzatori ed iscritti, di vivere insieme un evento speciale che terminera con una grande merenda al sacco. Tornano le due escursioni giornaliere, con guide internazionali, riservate sia ai principianti che agli esperti oltre a due bivacchi in quota, rigorosamente ad "impatto zero" .
Il programma culturale invece avra il suo clou nel Film Festival coordinato da Anna e Giuseppe che, per il primo anno, sara aperto a tutti i generi dello sci e non solo al telemark. Per tutta le settimana i film in concorso gireranno in tutti i locali di Livigno per essere visti da turisti e residenti. Tornera "La Skieda in vetrina" con un serie di fantastici scatti fotografici di famosi fotografi,tra i quali il nostro Luigi Martinelli, esposti lungo lo shopping di Livigno mentre, giovedi sera, avremo una speciale proiezione di carattere internazionale presso il cinema Lux di Livigno.
E poi tutta una serie di eventi giornalieri presso il centro polifunzionale della Plaza Placheda, dall'Expo, alla serate a tema, agli incontri con le guide e gli organizzatori ecc.
Speriamo sia un evento che tutti noi ricorderemo con gioia ed un pizzico di malinconia, proprio come si finisce di leggere una meravigliosa ed incantata fiaba.

SKIEDA IS BACK...

The XV Edition of LA SKIEDA will be a "special" edition.

In the wave of a magical ski we will create a dream, a world of enchanted fairy tales and fables. For seven days, you will hear the echos of the fantastic emotions and history that we lived together: the fifteen years of LA SKIEDA.
Nature is the undisputed protagonist of our long and white story. In these three Shines many things have changed and not always positively. We do not want to forget that some hazardous choices or "not decided" risked to cause an irreparable damage to our valley and our planet. Therefore, in virtue of the ecological, incurable and candid spirit, the SKIEDA 2009 will make a small contribution, presenting a series of events with "ZERO IMPACT."
We will try, as far as possible and with your help, to save non-renewable resources: reducing the use of lifts, diesel or gas generators, snowmobiles, snowcats etc. .. .

The same energy with which, in these fifteen years and together we wrote beautiful stories. Stories of life that we want to share with you, telemarker friends, you have known in Livigno, fallen in love, married and where you know come back together with your children, on the occasion of LA SKIEDA.
We will also open a window on all forms of skiing, even the most strange, because Livigno, since the time of Freestyle ski, is the cradle of extravagance and crazy news on the snow!

The time has come to revive these peculiarities, moreover many of those innovators are now the organizers of LA SKIEDA!

Let us also some give some "practical" news on the event.

For the "fun" part the highlight events as the Trepallina (barbecue party most loved by more than 5,000 telemarker's who have come to Livigno in these fifteen years) and the Fire Party, in this fabulous edition to become "zero impact." No more concerts and professional kitchens but "unplugged" music and small fires on which everyone, with or without magic wand, can prepare his dinner.

And do not forget the Telemark Festival, prodigious live concert at high altitudes.

For the races back the "Classic Damiano", the RACE of Telemark. " Epoque " of a very high level with teams from around the world in clothing and vintage materials.

The two News for 2009 will be the race of FreeRide, a drop-off-piste with breathtaking departure in line, and the TeleSnowSki, an event dedicated to ski in the family from the grandparents to the grandchildren.
Still on the theme again, 2009 will see the birth of the "Transhumance", an off-piste excursion which will give all, trom the organizers to the members, to live together a special event ending with a great snack. Back the two days trips, with international guides, for beginners and experts as well as two camps at high altitudes, strictly at "zero impact."
The cultural programme instead will have its climax in the Film Festival coordinated by Anna and Joseph that for the first year, will be open to all kinds of skiing and not just to telemark. Throughout the week the films in competition will run in all locals and bars of Livigno to be seen by tourists and residents. Back the "Skieda showcase" with a series of fantastic photographic shots of famous photographers, among them our Luigi Martinelli, displayed along the shopping area of Livigno, on Thursday evening, we will have a special screening of international cinema at Cinelux of Livigno .
And then a whole series of daily events at the centre of the Plaza Placheda, the Expo, theme nights, meetings with the guides and organisers.
We hope it will be an event that all of us will remember with joy and a hint of melancholy, just as finishing reading a wonderful and enchanting fairy tale.
